Long Term Winter Lets
From November to the end of April we offer our flats at a greatly reduced rate for people wishing to stay for at least one up to six months.
Torbay and South Devon can still offer many things to see and do during the quieter months without the crowds. The weather can be much milder than the rest of the country during this period with many beautiful clear days to explore the area. Our winter lets allow flexible accommodation without the added cost of council tax, water rates, building insurance, or TV licence.
The flats are fully equipped for winter lets as they are during the summer; all we ask is that you provide your own bedding.
Free WiFi is also included and we have on site laundry facilities with coin operated washing machine and dryer. Electricity is provided via a meter in each flat and is the only extra cost.
Each flat is completely private with its own front door. Big tree has ample off street private parking with plenty of room for one car for each flat.
Winter lets offer great value for money if you want to get away from it all and relax for a longer periods of time and explore all this peaceful region has to offer.
If you are between houses, renovating, or need a base while you are looking to buy, winter lets are perfect.
Suitable for working or retired couples/singles. Our flats are not really suitable for children long term, and we do not accept pets.
So if you are looking for flexible temporary accommodation in excess of at least one month with no contracts or restrictions, contact us for prices.
All we ask is that you give two weeks notice prior to your departure.

How to book
To book one of our flats for a long term winter let please telephone us to confirm availability and we will reserve the flat for you.
We will then ask you to download, print and complete the booking form from the link below and post it to us along with a cheque for your deposit.
If you are unable to download or print the forms please let us know when you telephone to book and we will happily post you a form to complete and return.
