Accommodation
Accommodation is offered for a minimum of 1 week from Saturday-Saturday in peak season. We will accept bookings of less than a full week in peak season as long as a full week is paid for.
Short breaks are offered in off peak periods (minimum 3 nights) subject to availability, but cannot be booked online. Please contact us for prices.
Deposit
A deposit of 20% per flat per week is required on all bookings, with a minimum deposit of £50. This is non-refundable unless due to a problem caused by us. A flat will be held for 7 days only pending receipt of deposit.
Towel Hire
Set of 1 bath & 1 hand towel (not to be used outside of the flat) : £4 per set per week.
1 beach towel : £4 per week.
Please note a charge of £10 per bath or beach towel and £5 per hand towel will be made if they are lost, damaged or badly stained.

We occasionally have late availability or cancellation special offers available. See the tariff page below for current deals.
Winter Letting
We offer Winter Lets for a minimum 12 weeks between November – April at hugely discounted rates. These rates include all bills except electricity, which is payable via £1 coin meter in each flat (please note the heating is all electric except Flat 1a, which has central heating).
