The person making the booking (lead name) must be at least 18 years of age and it must be for couples or families only.

 

Flats 4 & 5 are ideally for 2 adults & 2 small children due to the size of the lounge/dining area but if this is not a problem for the hirer we will accept 3 adults &] 1 child or 4 adults (2 couples).

 

If any guest has difficulty in walking or with steps, please ensure you read our Access Statement on the Flats or Tariff page of this website to check that access to a flat would be suitable.

 

We regret we do not accept pets and we are a non smoking establishment. A £50 charge will be made to anyone deemed to have smoked in a flat.

 

One parking space per flat.

 

Electricity is extra, paid by £1 coin meter in each flat.

 

Bedding is included in the tariff but not towels, which can be hired if required.

 

Hired towels will incur a charge of £10 per bath or beach towel and £5 per hand towel if they are lost, damaged or badly stained.

 

Accommodation is available for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guests arriving early may leave their vehicle in the car park. We only accept late arrivals until 9:30pm.

 

A deposit of 20% per flat per week is required on all bookings, with a minimum deposit of £50. This is non refundable unless due to a problem caused by us. A flat will be held for 7 days only, pending receipt of deposit or the balance/full payment if the booking is made within 28 days of arrival.

 

Bounced cheques will incur a £10 administration charge.

 

We must receive the balance of your account by cheque, postal order, bank transfer or cash at least 28 days before your stay is due to commence or the booking will be cancelled with no refund of deposit and the cancellation terms in the next paragraph will apply. If we have made a special agreement with you that you can pay the balance on arrival but you then cancel within 28 days before your stay or you do not arrive, the hirer will be liable to pay the full amount of the booking as per the next paragraph.

 

A legal contract exists once you have made a booking. Should you cancel your booking for any reason you must do so in writing or if we cancel your booking due to non payment of the balance as in the above paragraph, the hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let and the same terms obtained. A £10 administration charge will be deducted from any refund. No refund is given for curtailment of stay or non arrival. We strongly recommend guests insure against this possibility.

 

The booking is made on the understanding that the flat will be placed at your disposal on the date stated on the booking form. Should this not be possible due to circumstances out of the control of the Proprietors (e.g. fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation, in which case the deposit and if paid, the balance, will be returned to you in full, but you will have no claim against the Proprietors.

 

Only the persons listed on the booking form may use the accommodation. Please do not invite friends or relatives to the accommodation due to Insurance and Fire Regulations.

 

The hirer will be responsible for the contents of the flat during their stay. Breakages or damage must be reported immediately (NOT AT THE END OF YOUR STAY) in order that these may be rectified. The hirer will be responsible for any costs incurred in this respect.

 

The hirer shall allow the Proprietors, or their representatives, to enter the flat at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining the condition thereof and all of the furniture and equipment.

 

We offer free WiFi for email and web browsing only, no downloading. Internet access and wireless strength cannot be guaranteed. No responsibility is taken for loss of data or damage to equipment. Any guest using our wifi agrees not to use the service for unlawful or illegal purposes.

 

The Proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained, which includes vehicles and their contents parked in our car park.

 

Guests must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within or outside their flat at any time and in particular the volume of sound from TV’s, radio’s etc is turned low between 10:30pm and 8am.
