Flat 1a Test

PLEASE NOTE: All flats are for holiday letting and are of an adequate size and adequately equipped for this purpose. Flats 4 & 5 are ideally for 2 adults & 2 small children due to the size of the lounge/dining area but if this is not a concern for you we will accept 3 adults & 1 child or 4 adults (2 couples). Please do not expect our holiday flats to be akin to the size of a residential flat as we do not want you to be disappointed. Our very competitive prices reflect what we offer and we have a high amount of happy repeat guests.

Each flat is fully equipped with:

  • TV with Freeview (two in Flats 4 & 5)
  • DVD Player
  • Full Size Cooker, Microwave, Fridge
  • Iron & Ironing Board
  • Hairdryer
  • Ample Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils
  • Full bedding, bath mat & tea towel
  • Complimentary Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar Sachets and milk for a cuppa on arrival
  • Oil filled electric radiator in lounge and each bedroom (except Flat 1a which has central heating in the Winter & electric radiator in lounge for the rest of year)
  • Fan heater in shower/bathroom (except Flat 1a) and also kitchen of Flat 1
  • £1 coin meter for electricity
  • Cot and High Chair available on request at no charge, subject to availability, (cot bedding not supplied)
  • Towel hire & fans available on request

Lounge/diner/kitchen area. One bedroom with 2 single beds and memory foam mattresses. Ensuite shower cubicle/WC/wash basin. Central heating in lounge & bedroom between Oct – end April. Electric heating in lounge for the rest of the year. Patio doors to a small decked area with table and chairs.
