Directions

Approaching from Exeter (approx 25 Miles)
M5, A380 and A3022. Travel all the way along Paignton sea front, passing the Apollo cinema complex on your left, to the other end. Turn right at the mini roundabout into Sands Road and proceed along, taking a left bend to the other end. Turn left at the mini roundabout and you will see the Big Tree stump landmark ahead on the right. Turn right behind the tree stump (not in front of it as you will not be able to get into our drive) into Fisher St and first left into Big Tree Holiday Flats drive.

Paignton train station (approx 0.5 Mile)
Come out of the exit and turn left. Follow the road around to the end and turn left into Dartmouth Road. Proceed straight along this road, cross over the mini roundabout and you will see the big tree stump landmark ahead on the right. Turn right at the stump and Big Tree Holiday Flats drive is in front of you.
